 It is recommended for use in all types of livestock housing including foot and wheel baths. Its fast-acting formula quickly kills bacteria, viruses and fungi. FAM 30 has been tested and proven to be effective against a range of microorganisms. European Standard (*EN - European Norm) test methods were used to prove efficacy against bacteria, viruses and fungi. It has also undergone independent tests at the UKAS-accredited Microbiology Laboratory at Evans Vanodine International.

FAM 30 has received approval from the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) in the United Kingdom for use as a disinfectant. This approval is also recognised in Ireland and Northern Ireland by DARDNI and DAERA.
